Bed in Ilunion Bel-Art
The staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful. The lady at the desk, was so polite and helpful for storing our luggage before we were able to check in, so we could go out and enjoy our day, and also while we ate breakfast in the am, before leaving in a taxi, which the front desk arranged for us. This hotel is so beautiful and clean, close to lots of areas to enjoy, all walking distance, the Basilica De La Sagrada Familia is 10 minutes walking distance. And oh my, the Gourmet Breakfast is exceptional! Being from the USA, I've never been to such a wonderful place, I will always stay here when in Barcelona! You can't go wrong. Such wonderful amenities and staff. My family loved it. Ok

The staff, Nico was very kind and helpfull he is a great receptionist and has very good english and french. He is the best receptionist i've seen in europe as all of them are arrogant and not helpfull, thank you Nico we will come back. I am manager in a technology company and i saw him with good value to manage a team. The bar opens just during the week not on weekends from 19h to 22.30h nice rooms and clean. Good quality price and near all the attractions of Barcelona. What i like most is the staff is always for you. Breakfast and dinner really tasty

The hotel is located in an amazing area. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and a 25-minute walk to Park Guell. The area felt pretty safe. There are lots of bars and tapas places nearby so there are plenty of options for a quick bite. The mattress and pillows were exceptional!! The cleaning staff came in every day and changed the linens and towels, as well as cleaned the room. The people at the reception office were always available and really kind. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was well appointed, clean, everything worked well and it was quiet. There were toilettries including toothbrush set. The staff were very nice, even when my Spanish failed me! The location is half way between Park Guell and The Sagrada Familia, perfect for walking either way. Didn't try the breakfast but the restaurant looked very nice. We went to a local cafe for a breakfast of the famous churros.

Good location for restaurants, walking, and access to transportation. Our room (on level 1) was spacious. The staff were very friendly. The lobby facilities were large and comfortable. After checking out, they stored our bags while I enjoyed more of the city. Returning to the hotel, I was able to recharge my phone and relax in the lobby until my husband finished his business.
